Tiger & Stone was created to fill a critical gap in the wellness space. We realized that fitness alone wasn’t enough.

Originally launched as ‘Sick-Well-Fit Training’—focused on exercise and nutrition—we found that many clients, despite being physically active, still struggled with their mental and emotional well-being. It became clear that traditional fitness solutions were missing something essential.

After exploration, and practice, we discovered that real health is built on three pillars: Movement, Breathwork, and Mindset. With this, Tiger & Stone was born..

We created a space that blends these three pillars, offering a holistic approach to wellness that goes beyond the surface. Our mission is to help people unlock their true potential by connecting deeply with their bodies, minds, and breath, allowing them to cultivate lasting change from the inside out.

At the heart of Tiger & Stone is connection—connection to yourself, to others, and to the present moment. We believe that personal growth happens when we create space for vulnerability, exploration, and transformation. Our programs and experiences are designed to help you tap into your deepest strengths, release limiting beliefs, and step into a life that aligns with your true potential.

The journey of Tiger & Stone has been exactly that… a journey. It has been fun, exciting, overwhelming, scary, risky, and all the things that a journey should be. As I write this, reminiscing about the path this vision has taken, I can’t help but giggle at the chaos.

If you’re new here, welcome. And if you’ve been along for the ride, thank you for your support.

My name is Chloe, and I’m, well, figuring out my path just like everybody else. I’ve started my intro a little differently than I used to. I used to say, “I can transform your life!” … and I truly believed it at the time. Lol. But like you, I’ve experienced growth and gathered a few more insights on how not to do things, and now I take a different stand. I don’t promise to fix you, and I may not even be able to help you. I’m certainly not offended if you’re not a fan of me or the way I live my life.

Tiger & Stone is a name I chose because it sounded cool, and everything associated with it is my own discovery into myself and the world as I experience it. Really, Tiger & Stone is the ever-evolving recipe I’m developing from everything I’ve experienced — all the things that make me feel good — and my deep, burning desire to live life as I please.

I believe the things I’m sharing are priceless, but that’s my own opinion, and I’m quite biased.

I welcome you to experience the Tiger & Stone Method (or my way of life) for yourself. If you find it adds value to your own journey of self-discovery, great! And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
