OUR BREATH-WORK SERVICES
Conscious Connected Breath Work
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a one-on-one guided breath practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self.
This session creates space to explore what’s present within your body — using a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern to help clear tension, move stagnant energy, and create more clarity and ease within.
Every session is uniquely guided to meet you where you are. Some experiences may feel deeply restful and grounding, while others may offer emotional release, insight, or energetic shifts.
Sessions are private and held in a safe, supportive space — with the option for you to come to me, or for me to come to you (mobile sessions available within the local area).
