One-on-One Integrative Health Consulting

  • The One-on-One Integrative Health Consultation is an in-depth session where we focus on creating a personalized health plan for you. We’ll look at your current challenges, health goals, and provide practical tools such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), breathwork, and movement exercises to create lasting change. This session will include a breathwork component to help you release tension and deepen your connection to your body and mind.

  • Following the initial consultation, there is a minimum commitment of 3 sessions. These sessions will help solidify the foundations we’ve set during the consultation and offer further tools to move towards your health goals.

  • The initial consultation is priced higher than the subsequent sessions due to the in-depth nature of the consultation and the included breathwork component. Please get in touch for the exact pricing details.

  • This service is ideal for anyone seeking a transformation in their physical and mental well-being. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, low self-esteem, a lack of direction, or simply want a lifestyle shift, this service can help you create balance and healing in your life.

Breathwork & Connection Activities

  • Our Breathwork & Connection Activities combine Breathwork, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and movement to help you release emotional tension, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself and others. These sessions are designed to offer deep relaxation, emotional release, and clarity, and help ease physical tension through mindful movement.

  • No prior experience is needed! Our sessions are beginner-friendly, and we provide clear instructions throughout each practice. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the breathwork and movement, making it accessible to everyone.

  • You can expect benefits like deep relaxation, emotional release, reduced stress, and a sense of mental clarity. Breathwork and mindful movement help restore balance to both the mind and body, promoting overall well-being.

  • Each session costs $60 per person.

  • The locations for these events vary. Please check our schedule for the most up-to-date information on where each session is being held.

Movement & Breath Class

  • The Movement & Breath Class combines light resistance training with guided breathwork to create a balanced, full-body workout. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing body awareness, followed by 30 minutes of breathwork to reduce stress and restore balance.

  • This class is designed for all levels—whether you are new to fitness or looking for a gentle yet effective workout. The movements are low-impact and easy on the joints, making it accessible to everyone.

  • Yes, bookings are required for this class. We cannot accommodate walk-ins, so please make sure to book your spot in advance.

  • Each class costs $25 per person.

  • Please bring a mat or towel for comfort during both the workout and breathwork sessions. We also recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • The classes rotate between various locations, including:

    • Imbil & Eumundi (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

    • Gympie & Noosa (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Please check the weekly schedule for the specific locations.

  • Unfortunately, pregnant women are not able to attend the class. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for more suitable options during pregnancy.

  • If you have an injury or health concern, please consult with your doctor before attending. We offer modifications, but it’s always important to listen to your body. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we can discuss any necessary accommodations.

  • Combining movement and breathwork creates a holistic experience:

    • Movement helps you build strength, enhance muscle tone, and improve flexibility.

    • Breathwork reduces stress, restores balance, and helps clear tension from the body.
      This combination leaves you feeling stronger, more relaxed, and balanced both physically and mentally.

  • Yes! The Movement & Breath Class is beginner-friendly. We provide guidance and modifications, making it easy for everyone to participate.
