Program Commitments

  1. 1-hour weekly Zoom calls: Each week, we will come together for a 1-hour live Zoom session where we dive deeper into the program's core themes of mindset, breathwork, and movement. These calls are designed to be interactive, allowing you to ask questions, share experiences, and receive personalized guidance. If you’re unable to attend the live session, don’t worry—you’ll have access to the replay, so you can watch it at your convenience and stay on track with the program.

  2. Small homework commitments: Each week, you'll be given manageable homework tasks that will help you integrate the lessons into your daily routine. These tasks are designed to be practical and actionable, ensuring that you can easily apply what you’ve learned and start seeing real results in your day-to-day life. The homework will encourage you to reflect, take action, and implement the strategies in small, sustainable ways.

  3. Optional extra activities: For those who want to deepen their learning and growth, there will be optional activities available.
